1. Scope of Services

Greenhouse Therapies provides speech-language therapy services. Nothing communicated via text message, email, or our website constitutes a medical diagnosis or substitutes for an in-person clinical evaluation.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program

2.1 Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during intake/registration, you agree to receive text messages from us related to appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and general practice updates. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services or receiving care.

2.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your appointment schedule and account activity (typically 1 message per appointment scheduled.) 

2.3 Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

2.4 How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

2.6 Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major U.S. wireless carriers.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenhouse Therapies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our communications or services, including delayed or undelivered text messages.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
