I typically work with children from birth to age 18, and support AAC users (and their families!) of all ages.

Do you take insurance?
Yes; I am an in-network provider for Regence, Premera, Kaiser, First Choice Health, Tricare, Lifewise, and Cigna.
What if you aren't in-network with my health insurance plan?
I have cash pay rates for speech therapy and will work with you to make it affordable. Please contact me for more details.
How long have you been in Olympia?
I started my own speech therapy practice in 2023. It has evolved over the years, allowing me to grow into offering in the type of therapy I truly love: AAC, speech sounds, and Childhood Apraxia of Speech.

My work is neurodiversity-affirming...really. I see your child's strengths instead of focusing on their deficits. I believe that communication is for the purpose of connection, not something achieved with external rewards. Kids love coming to speech therapy because I center therapy sessions around what they love.
I have extensive training, experience, and am dedicated to my own professional growth and reflection. If I don't know the answers, I'll go back to the research until I figure them out. I carefully choose my therapy approach based on your child's unique needs and communication profile, so that they move toward meeting their goals as quickly as possible. If I'm not the right fit for your child's communication needs, I'll let you know that, too!
Finally, I value clear communication, and will maintain ongoing, collaborative conversation about your child's speech and language, therapy goals, and progress each step of the way. I provide up-front information about expected costs and insurance billing. I am always available for questions, and will celebrate your child's wins along with you!
