In therapy, I walk alongside teens, adults, and individuals in relationships as they navigate life’s complexities. My work weaves together and explores individual’s inner worlds and the external landscape of relationships; supporting folks cultivate a curious, compassionate, and authentic connection to both themself and the people in their life. I prioritize meeting my clients wherever they may be in their journey of growth; working to collaboratively create a therapeutic container that is generative, sustainable, and personalized to each individual and relationship.

I approach therapy as a co-explorer; working with my clients to access their internal compass, identify personal values that move them through the world, and uncover inner resources that can provide healing in relationship to them-self and others. I often support clients with in navigating; developmental & systemic trauma, self-esteem/self-worth, limiting beliefs, grief, interpersonal struggles, neurodiversity, relational disconnect, identity exploration, coping strategies, communication struggles, suicidal ideation, anxiety, family system dynamics, non-monogomy, nervous system dysregulation, attachment schemas, and shame.

I offer a holistic, somatic, trauma-informed approach to therapy; incorporating attachment theory, IFS-informed parts work, narrative therapy, polyvagal practices, and multicultural perspectives into my therapeutic process. I integrate a harm reduction framework into my work with clients because I believe the path towards growth and healing is unique to each individual and not a linear process. With a prioritization of patience and curiosity, I hold space for healing to unfold at its own pace, shaped by each person’s story and sense of what they need most.
